Shailavi trained at NIFT Delhi and has spent the past 14 years designing for brands that need more than a production line — they need a partner who understands fit, fabric, and finish from the first sketch. She leads Urban Kala's design table personally, working alongside every buyer to turn a concept into a garment that's ready for the floor, not just the mood board. It's that hands-on eye for detail — catching a fit issue before a buyer ever has to — that keeps clients coming back season after season.
